Nice balcony view from the Deluxe Double Room, offering a peaceful spot to unwind. The hotel features a lovely swimming pool that serves as an oasis after a long day of exploring.
The balcony itself is quite small, providing minimal privacy from neighbors. Rooms lacked soundproofing, making it easy to hear corridor noise or conversations from adjoining rooms. No elevator access meant hauling luggage up four flights of stairs, and the bathroom designs left the floor soaking wet after every shower.

Here’s what worked – and what didn’t
The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable, accommodating our every need and ensuring communication was seamless. The lovely swimming pool provided a perfect retreat after daily explorations.
We faced an inconvenience with the transportation to the airport, as the promised Tuk Tuk didn’t arrive, compelling us to find alternative transport.

The pool’s a lil’ oasis, just perfect for chillin’ after a long day in the heat. Staff were as friendly as a warm peach cobbler and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was solid, but ya might wanna grab some coffee elsewhere, bless your heart.

I had a wonderful stay during my five nights. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from the bustling area, making it easy to explore local shops and eateries. The facilities are impressive, especially the lovely pool which offered a refreshing escape after a busy day. I also appreciated the comfortable bed in my room, ensuring great sleep each night.
However, I found the lack of an elevator inconvenient as I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

A great pool area offers a refreshing escape, and the helpful staff make the experience even better. The location is quietly situated yet just a brief walk from the bustling center, making it easy to explore. However, our stay was marred by a rocky start with room assignments that included two singles when we needed a double, along with initial issues with the AC. Thankfully, we were eventually moved to a proper room, which was spacious and comfortable.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable environment to unwind after long workdays. The hotel's location allowed for a quick 10-minute walk to the center of Siem Reap, where various restaurants and the vibrant night market offered a diverse range of dining options. Furthermore, the staff were notably helpful, ensuring all needs were met throughout the stay.
The hotel appeared slightly dated in decor.
